Before you start this story, there's something I want you to know.

Neither the ML nor the FL is completely innocent.

The ML has his darkness, his flaws, his anger, his possessiveness, and his mistakes.

And the FL isn't a helpless, perfect heroine either. She has her own secrets, her own choices, her own mistakes, and there will be moments when you may question her decisions too.

They are both flawed characters.

So please don't expect a perfect hero and a perfectly innocent heroine.

That's not the story I'm trying to tell.

There will be misunderstandings, manipulation, secrets, mind games, questionable decisions, and situations where you may not agree with either of them.

You are absolutely allowed to hate a character.
You are allowed to criticize their actions.
You are even allowed to stop reading if the story isn't for you.

And if you don't like this story, you can leave. I genuinely won't mind.

What I won't accept is unnecessary hate toward the author simply because you dislike a fictional character or disagree with the direction of the story.

I wrote these characters the way I wanted to write them, with all their flaws, darkness, mistakes, and complicated emotions.

So please remember that fiction doesn't always have to reflect our personal preferences or relationship standards.

Read it as a story.

Judge the characters if you want. Debate them. Hate them. Love them.

Just don't turn that hate toward the person who created them.
