Arhaan's gaze darkened as he noticed the shift in her expression-hesitation, confusion, and something dangerously close to defiance. His fingers twitched at his sides, his control razor-thin. Yet, he waited. He always waited for her to break first.

"You're mine now," he murmured, his voice a low, predatory growl that sent a shiver down her spine. "And I want you, Baby. Every. Damn. Piece of you."

Arshiya's breath hitched. His stare was suffocating, devouring her inch by inch, and she could do nothing but tremble under its weight.

Slowly, her fingers reached for the zipper of her dress. The cool metal slid down with an almost deafening sound, and the fabric pooled at her feet, leaving her bare, vulnerable, completely at his mercy.

Arhaan didn't move. He just watched.

But it wasn't just hunger in his eyes-it was something far more dangerous. Obsession. Possession. A devotion so dark it threatened to swallow her whole.

Then, without warning, he moved.

His fingers traced up her bare arms, slow, possessive, until they reached her throat. He didn't squeeze-no, he didn't need to. His presence alone stole her breath.

"Because you let those fucking male readers of yours touch you," he rasped, his voice dripping with venom. "Even if it was just a handshake." His lips brushed her ear, sending a tremor down her spine. "That's enough to drive me insane."

A flick of his fingers, and the sharp sound of his belt unbuckling echoed through the room.

Arshiya's breath stuttered.

Arhaan smirked, dark and wicked. "I need to remind you exactly who you belong to."
